Subject: Google Drive Access (Downloading Picture files from link and sharing them)

Good Day,

I want to thank you for allowing C. Kelly’s Photography to service and deliver your photography needs. I am here to listen to your vision, ideas and creative tools so I can execute your goals. All files have been uploaded and are ready for distribution. I have uploaded all the edited files onto a “Google Drive link”. If by chance you misplace the Google Drive link from your cellular device or CPU, I’ll have a copy of it for you.

Down below are downloading options and how to share links with family and friends.

(It is important to follow if you want to maintain the highest Resolution/ Picture quality, for sharing them on social media/printing).

Once you open the link, you’ll see all the available edited pictures.

You’ll have several ways to download the photography’s:

1. Upon opening up link, it may ask you “View in Google Drive, Click open”

(Underneath each picture will be the file name and three dots, click on the dots and look for downloading options)

 2. You could you click on each individual picture. Once you do so, you’ll see the same three dots on the top right-hand corner,

(click on the dots and look for downloading options).

 3. You can click and hold your finger on each photography. Then after, you will be asked to “Save to camera roll” Click Ok.

4. Want to help family and friends relive all the moments captured? Simply copy and paste the link and send it to them.

5. How to download all the pictures all at one time? once you’ve entered the link, you can “long press” on one picture. Once you’ve done so, that particular picture will be highlighted. You can then begin to tap any other picture to get it highlighted and then hit the three dots on the top right to download them. Maybe doing 15 at a time would be suitable to avoid longer downloading times.

6. You can also hit “share” and add a person’s email. The link will then be sent to their email.

Due remember, the link will act as a photo album for your needs. So, if you choose not to download all the photograph’s, they will still be safely kept in the link.
